Operation Sovereign Stand-around was the counter-operation too Operation Sovereign Storm planned by the AFP. In the evening of the 11th of February and the early hours of the 12th the AFP blockaded and implemented a plan to stop the cookers short of Parliament House.
Using the tactical application of Psychological warfare, handing out sunscreen, being generally polite to the protestors - they essentially undid the entire planned operation by the Cookers as the belligerent protestors didnt want to be seen as being a bad guy.
