Joel describes himself as a Christian Australian Conservative, Journalist & Political Commentator and "Lover of Freedom", in that order. Came onto the scene interviewing & perhaps moulding, Bosi. Was known as eyebrows until the other Joel appeared. Joel claims he lost his job in the construction industry because of the lockdown. He spoke at the Sydney anti-lockdown rally on July 24 and issued demands to the NSW Premier while condemning the violence at the unauthorised event.

Launched Turning Point Australia, a spin off of right-wing US conservative youth group Turning Point USA - an influential pro-Trump lobby group fronted by political commentator Candace Owens.

Criminal Charges
Charged with taking part in an outdoor gathering and leaving his home without a reasonable excuse during the Sydney restrictions to speak at a protest in July 2021.

Joel's girlfriend is fellow political operative Millie Fontana.
