Joel describes himself as a Christian Australian Conservative, Journalist & Political Commentator and "Lover of Freedom", in that order. Joel is an influential political operative who is responsible for introducing the divisive figures of Riccardo Bosi & Craig Kelly to the freedom movement (having worked with both over the years), as well as being responsible for propping up a number of other influencers and political candidates. His actions in Canberra were reminiscent of his ‘work’ on July 24th in Sydney with Romeo Georges.

Charged with taking part in an outdoor gathering and leaving his home without a reasonable excuse during the Sydney restrictions to speak at a protest in July 2021.
