About Melbourne Freedom Rally
Melbourne Freedom Rally is part of a national Network of organizing groups, that form the backbone of the organizing team of the World Wide Rally for Freedom in Australia which was started and is run by Harrison McLean. The collection of different capital city Freedom Rally groups are brought together under the banner Australia Freedom Rally, which is a member organization of the World Wide Demonstration team, which coordinates the World Wide Rally for Freedom Internationally and their website says they support and implement the World Wide Demonstration Platform in Australia.
MRF state on all their social media groups and their website they are dedicated to preserving the Freedom of all Australians by advocating for policy changes and action at the Federal, State, and Local level. The organisation has 10 Objectives including amongst them End all State of Emergency Declarations, End to Vaccine Mandates and Coercion, Ending Lockdowns, Mask Mandates, return to open Domestic & International travel without restrictions in addition to Build Pro-Freedom Political Momentum and also Build Community Support for an Australian Bill of Rights. Due to Melbourne having the longest and most draconic government-imposed COVID restrictions, protests in Melbourne were naturally where the most vocal opposition against lockdowns and mandates occurred and Melbourne protests were the where the most violent and brutal scenes and clashes with police were seen.
