Everyday Phil, also known as Portaloo Phil, was a fixture of the Convoy IN Canberra (not to be confused with the Convoy TO Canberra). He is best known for giving shitty legal advice, towing around a portaloo that nobody cleaned, shitty hats, ruining Ribber Rob's catalytic converter, and not being there every day.
