The Australia Project is the brainchild of frontman Kent Brown and his brother Lance Brown and his wife Anna. It is a shadowy organisation who's aim appears to be the overthrow of the current Australian government and the installation of an executive to run the country. What appears to have started as a fairly garden variety freeman sovshitizen delusion has by nature of its recruitment channels morphed into a militant accelerationist cult who have astroturfed the freedom movement as cover for their insurrectionist objectives.

Beliefs & Ideology

Adherents and believers in The Australia Project subscribe to a number of dangerous Cooker conspiracies, primarily covid-denialism, sovereign citizen beliefs and the belief that the covid vaccines are a globalist (which they call The Cabal) plot to depopulate the world. Strong Qanon themes around throughout this cult including the belief that the Australian government and many politicians are members of a pedophile ring and placards and signs mentioning "the 28" - a reference to Senator Bill Heffernan's 2015 speech to the Royal Commission into Child Sex Abuse and subsequent retraction - are seen at their gatherings.

There is also strong evidence of distinctly anti-semitic beliefs being proliferated by admins and members of their telegram groups, their primary method of communication between cult member cells across the country.

Misappropriation of Indigenous Sovereignty

The sovshitizen conspiracy aspect to this group of cookers' beliefs even has the chutzpah to appropriate the genuine struggle for indigenous land rights and recognition of their unceded sovereignty, and weave it into their freeman fantasy however with distinct OSTF overtones. ANCOP - Australian National Council of Patriots - is the Australia Project's main "governing body" for want of a better word which is a loose collective of the affiliated "freedom fighter groups" to enable "collective action across all, as voted for by a Council. This Council is made up of nominated representatives from a collective of freedom fighter groups, that distributes actionable packages enabling an orchestrated approach to the actions." This cult has quite successfully astroturfed the Freedom Movement by styling the collection of their communities across the country "freedom fighters". These groups do not so much display values or beliefs associated with the freedom movement per se but rather are distinctly militant anti-vax groups with disturbing and dangerous accelerationist sovshit ideology.

The cult has established their own network of "media organisations", namely just Youtubers larping as independent journalists and channels, which they disseminate information regarding their activities

Key activities of this cult of cookers centre around the posting of letters targeting a number of groups including media organisations, GPs and medical professionals, government organisations, politicians and everyday small businesses, accusing them of war crimes and citing various sovshitizen and Qanon pseudolaw and other quackery. It appears that this serving of letter is closely monitored and analysed, and the ROI of this cooker activity is calculated using an unknown algorithm to evaluate its effect.
